Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We’ll notify you via email if there are significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The majority of deliveries are made within 3 - 5 business days.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@glowweightloss.com or direct message us on glowweightloss.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Reshipping fees due to returned or undeliverable packages
