How do I use GlowGo?

Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of liquid or as directed by your doctor.

May increase serving size by up to 1 capsule each night until desired effect is achieved. Decrease serving size as needed for maintenance. Servings will vary depending on individual & intended purpose. Results may vary.

The maximum dose for Magnesium is 2 grams or 2000 milligrams per day. Do not take more than 8 capsules/day. 

Will regular use raise my blood magnesium to a level that is too high?

The magnesium in this product is for the purpose of colon cleansing and general colon health. It is low in bioavailability, meaning very little is absorbed.

Therefore GlowGo is not to be used as a magnesium supplement.

If you have cardiac history or kidney disease, please consult your physician before using this or any magnesium product.
